Karl-Heinz Pawlizki,<\/strong> CEO of Arabella Hospitality, trained as a hotel manager<\/em> and has worked in general management for over twenty years. Prior to joining Arabella Hospitality, he worked at the Dorint Hotel Group, where he was promoted to CEO and managing director of Dorint Hospitality & Innovation GmbH within three years.
