Jan-Patrick Kr\u00fcger will assume the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on May 11, 2026. His career includes leadership roles in luxury, upscale, and select-service hotels, as well as in complex ownership, operator, lease, and franchise structures in international markets. He is recognized as a proven portfolio and turnaround manager with a track record of sustainably increasing profitability and property values through active performance management.<\/p><p>Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Pandox Germany &amp; Austria, where he was responsible for an extensive hotel portfolio in Central Europe.
