Munich, 10 January 2023: In his second year as CEO of Arabella Hospitality, Karl-Heinz Pawlizki is expanding his management team. He has brought hotel real estate specialist Felicitas Hockemeyer on board as head of asset management and experienced hotel developer Christian Hribar as head of development.

Felicitas Hockemeyer has many years of expertise in hotel asset management, finance and operations. In the newly created position, the 34-year-old Munich resident, who has a Master of Laws, will be responsible for the ongoing optimization of Arabella Hospitality’s property portfolio. She previously held the position of head of finance of the Oetker Collection, where she was responsible for commercial affairs for an international portfolio comprising 11 hotels in the ultra-luxury segment. Between 2018 and 2020, Felicitas Hockemeyer was hotel asset manager at Accor Invest Germany and was responsible for a German multi-brand portfolio. She gained operational experience as opening general manager of the Novotel & ibis Regensburg franchise combo from 2020 to 2021.

Christian Hribar has been working in the hotel industry for over 30 years. He launched his career in 1993 at what was then ITT Sheraton Hotel & Towers and is now The Westin Grand Munich and thus an Arabella Hospitality hotel. After holding a number of different sales positions, the experienced hotelier took charge of developing the Central Europe region at the Preferred Hotel Group in 2007. This was followed in 2014 by a move to World Hotels, where he assumed responsibility for further development of the brand in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2017, the Munich native joined H-Hotels, where he was responsible for hotel development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as further development of the brand and growth of the hotel portfolio.
