ROSEWOOD MUNICH is now accepting reservations for stays from 29 September 2023. An elegant hotel for those seeking the ultimate in luxury is currently under construction in Munich’s historic city center. It is the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts collection’s first hotel in Germany, the seventh in Europe and the 31st hotel worldwide.
ROSEWOOD MUNICH is located on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of Bavaria’s capital and is housed in two historic buildings: the former headquarters of the Bayerische Staatsbank and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former residence for Munich’s aristocracy. Designed with a fine eye for detail, the hotel has 73 spacious rooms and 59 suites, including five special «Houses», with beautifully appointed interiors and exclusive amenities.
The brasserie CUVILLIÉS and the BAR MONTEZ offer a variety of culinary and mixology delights. The ASAYA SPA offers another very special experience with six treatment rooms, an indoor pool and a fitness center. Consultations, spa treatments and workshops pursue a holistic approach to wellness and ensure that both guests and members can relax and unwind and restore balance to mind, body and soul.

HISTORICAL SPLENDOR MEETS MODERN LUXURY
THE MUNICH ARCHITECTURE FIRM HILMER SATTLER AND THE LONDON INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN FIRM TARA BERNERD & PARTNERS worked closely together to bring the spirit of Rosewood to the Bavarian metropolis.
They made it their mission to combine the historical past of the baroque and rococo style buildings with modernity and elegance. The two buildings and the inner courtyard were carefully restored, preserving the facades and structural elements such as the lobby and the historic stairway. The hotel lobby will welcome future guests under magnificent vaulted ceilings and frescoes.

Rosewood Munich’s ASAYA SPA extends an enticing invitation to relax and unwind. It offers a blend of time-honored practices and carefully curated restorative treatments, spa treatments and therapies that regenerate body, mind and soul. Extending over two floors and covering an area of 1,300 square meters, the spa boasts an indoor pool, two saunas, a steam room, six treatment rooms, a fitness center with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and a wellness suite for private spa experiences. BAR MONTEZ
Named after the Munich artist Lola Montez, the well-stocked BAR MONTEZ offers a selection of finely-crafted cocktails, fine wines and exceptional spirits. A musical highlight is a diverse program of live performances by different artists.

With over 600 square meters of indoor meeting space, ROSEWOOD MUNICH can host any event – be it a corporate meeting, lifestyle event or private party.
