With an occupancy rate of over 70%, our hotels enjoy great success in the market. Our portfolio currently comprises 17 hotels offering over 3,400 rooms – and this number is rising. Our growth strategy builds on our core markets Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.

Dimitrios Nikolouzos joins Arabella Hospitality as Cluster General Manager in Munich

Arabella Hospitality SE is expanding its team in Munich. From 17 June 2024, Dimitrios Nikolouzos will be responsible for the Aloft Munich and Residence Inn by Marriott Munich Central hotels as Cluster General Manager.

Marc Wachal joins Arabella Hospitality in Munich

Arabella Hospitality SE expands its team in Munich. Marc Wachal has been Complex General Manager for The Westin Grand Munich and Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark hotels since 1 March 2024. He succeeds Paul Peters, who held this position for more than ten years before being appointed Vice President Operations of the company as part of the reorganisation of Arabella Hospitality.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts operates a unique collection of hotels under one of the most exclusive ultra-luxury brands in the world. Its “a sense of place” concept neatly blends spectacular properties, breathtaking locations and the unique nature of each locality – and drives every aspect from the interior design to the food on the menu. The 30 current Rosewood Hotels include legendary properties in New York, Paris and London. Rosewood Munich is the brand’s first hotel in Germany.
