Rosewood Munich

Sixty architects, engineers and specialist planners, as well as four top designers, worked hand in hand on this exceptional project. Thus making the sense of place of Germany's first Rosewood hotel a reality

The Westin Grand Frankfurt

The renovation work took 25 months, during which 372 rooms were remodeled, as were the lobby, spa, gyms and the atrium, complete with restaurant. The design concept is based on the principles of biophilic design: harmonious shapes and colors from nature.

Aloft Stuttgart

Located on the roof of the Milaneo shopping center, the hotel is part of an urban mix of stores, bars and restaurants, and living space. Working together with its partners ECE and STRABAG Real Estate, Bayerische Hausbau assumed the role of developer for this ambitious project.

St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort

Completed in 2002, the hotel has since become one of the most luxurious hotels on the Balearic island. The joint project undertaken by Arabella Hospitality and Bayerische Hausbau set new standards in the European hotel market.

Arabella Alpenhotel am Spitzingsee Österreich

Arabella Hospitality's highest-altitude hotel is also one of the first hotels in the portfolio. The lakeside hotel was opened in 1972 and has since been modernized several times in cooperation with Bayerische Hausbau and expanded to include a conference center.
