Arabella Hospitality España appoints Emna M’Seddi Development Manager Spain
Munich, 14 November 2023: Emna M’Seddi was appointed Development Manager Spain at Arabella Hospitality España, the Spanish subsidiary of Arabella Hospitality, effective 1 November 2023. In her new position, the 31-year-old Swiss national will be responsible for Arabella Hospitality España’s hotel expansion and will actively promote collaboration with strategic partners for the development, operation and management of hotels in Spain.
Prior to joining Arabella Hospitality España, M’Seddi held the position of Global Development Specialist at the Palladium Hotel Group for four years, where her responsibilities included conducting feasibility studies for projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean and the USA, preparing financial and sensitivity analyses and actively driving the group’s expansion forward. She earned an honors degree in International Hospitality Management from the renowned École Hôtelière de Lausanne, where she subsequently worked for a year as a Real Estate Finance Teaching Assistant. Emna M’Seddi has spent a large part of her professional career in the hotel industry and has worked at renowned hotels such as the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cologne, the Hotel President Wilson, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Geneva, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como, the Hotel Puro in Palma de Mallorca and the Hotel Tótem in Madrid, where she provided support to operational hotel activities as Assistant General Manager. In addition to her degree in International Hospitality Management, Emna M’Seddi has also been awarded Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA), a universally recognized certification for industry professionals.
