An international family

Arabella Hospitality has three wholly owned subsidiaries: Arabella Hospitality España not only operates three 5-star hotels on Mallorca but also four golf courses on the Balearic island. Together with the subsidiary Vibelba, the company also develops and builds high-end holiday homes and condominiums.

In Austria, Schloss Fuschl Betriebe GmbH operates two hotels on Lake Fuschl, including the widely acclaimed luxury hotel Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, which opened in 2024. Six golf courses in Germany, Switzerland and Spain, four of which are on Mallorca, are part of the portfolio and are operated as a separate entity under the Arabella Golf brand.

Francisco Vila, CEO of Arabella Hospitality España, has been with the company since 1996. The subsidiary has its own local management structure. The team has many years of experience in the Spanish hotel market and provides our partners with a wealth of in-depth know-how when it comes to hotel development.

Castillo Hotel Son Vida, a Luxury Collection Hotel

The historic property dating back to the 13th century is home to the Castillo Hotel Son Vida. It is surrounded by a large Mediterranean-style park and the Son Vida golf course.

The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort

The luxury resort on Punta Negra calls to mind an exclusive summer residence – and is regularly named Spain's Leading Resort by the World Travel Awards.

Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel

Built in the style of a Spanish manor house, it is one of the leading golf resorts in Europe. It is situated next to the oldest golf course on the island, Golf Son Vida.

Arabella Hospitality operates four golf courses on Mallorca – including the legendary Golf Son Vida and the world-class Golf Son Muntaner, venue for the DP World Tour 2022.

The ultra-luxury hotel is located in an exclusive property on an idyllic peninsula in Lake Fuschl, namely Schloss Fuschl, a hunting lodge that dates back to 1461.

Arabella Jagdhof Resort on Lake Fuschl

The venerable resort with its picturesque hunting lodge (Jagdhof in German) brings the history of the estate to life. The restaurants highlight regional products, Mediterranean cuisine and freshly caught fish from the hotel's own fishery.
